It would be nice one of these days to hear the behind the scenes story related to POWOW.com/Tribesaa.com/Gamerplug.com but I am afraid there are a select couple of people that could not talk about in a constructive way. It's a shame because I feel a lot of people on here would have some interesting tid bits that were never known. Great write up by Robbo btw very informative!

Too bad we will never be able to talk about TAA in a mature manner without people getting all butt hurt.

It was a great game and I really do appreciate the people who had a helping handing into the community because that's how all of us met. It was quite an experience that I will probably never have or ever want to have again but god damn it was great when it was was happening....

Lots of fun....

Did not realize people still got so hurt over the past... esp in a game.

It is definitely a split group now... I'd say it is pretty much half and half ps3/360. That's my guess, anyway.

This is my first post here on these boards. And I honestly couldn't find a better topic to do it in. And hey, I was and still am a PGP

This is a great topic to remember when gaming for me, was indeed a step above anything I have ever been apart of in terms of online gaming. Nothing else compares with the talent I met, the personalities (Good or bad hah) and the respect and awe I had for many of my fellow teamates and Tribes:AA players. And just the raw emotion that I felt for doings simply the basics in base defending. From the nervousness I felt when I saw Skulli, Gamera or Ocelot bouncing around the base. Or she sheer anger I felt when people like ResidentEvil, Reaper, or Mayhem nab the flag while I was dealing with something Gamera hid behind my generator. Or just the plain and out right dumb things Bam and myself would do during a battle.

To my fellow <PGP>ers over and over again proved themeselves why they were some of the best. And to this day I have yet to see such a passionate leader as Glenshadow, I mean the man just CARED about the team and getting us ready. To all my teammate's, if any of you are here I want to say thank you for allowing me to be apart of something that just took a life of it's own. To everyone whom I played with it was an honor being able to share that great couple of years of gaming with you. It's great to see so many familiar names, and I look forward to enjoying many more years I hope hah.

Awesome post. This is about where we should all be these days, gentlemen. If we still think of this game, even if we think of it in terms of how it should be "over..." we should follow this post's example and look back on it as the opportunity that it was.

Sigh!...

Who would of though TAA would have brought us all together.. Any other game, I bet half of us would have met one way or another.. but this game really was one of the ones that did a good job!..

Where is Rico these days?

What new game will he bring to us to re-spark the way he did with TAA?
